Mac Stone is an award winning conservation photographer from Gainesville, Florida. Published internationally and domestically in countless magazines, newspapers and online media, his images bring viewers to wilderness areas where few dare to venture. Specializing in wetlands and swamps of the southeast, he aims to reverse the negative narrative so commonly tied to these incredibly diverse and important habitats. Mac Stone is an official Columbia Sportswear product tester, a Google Trekker, and winner of the Save Our Seas Foundation Marine Conservation Photography Grant.

When not slogging in swamps, Mac enjoys hosting keynote presentations to organizations ranging from NPR to University of Miami to National Audubon Society.
