During the winter on Kanapaha Prairie fog rolls through in heavy waves. Realizing the conditions were perfect on a full moon night, I headed out through the wet grass and came to a scene I had scouted the previous year. It was one of the most beautiful nights; spending a couple of hours with the sentinels of the prairie.
